Get a quick introduction to our climate accounting system GHG123
GHG123 is a flexible and effective tool for monitoring and calculating the climate impact of your organization. You can enter data for different parts of the business and all changes are logged. The solution includes standard reports and graphs to give you the opportunity to understand your data and report it on to the company's management or external shareholders.
The solution is designed to be intuitive, but as it contains many parts, this documentation is designed to provide you with support during the registration and reporting processes. If you still have questions, feel free to contact support.
Note that GHG123 has access control, so there may be parts of the solution described here that you do not have access to. If you need access to these parts, please contact us.

Add - see transaction list and add new data.
The menu on the left is divided into Scopes 1, 2 and 3 according to the GHG protocol.
Open a form to find details on a topic such as Fuel Consumption .
To display search filters, press the funnel symbol. It can again be hidden by pressing the same symbol to see more of the table.
The filters make it easy to sort and find the transactions (data) you are looking for.
Double-click to see the details of each specific transaction. You will then see a new tab.
To register new data, click on [New Registration] in the upper left corner.
The example above shows the registration form for fuel consumption. Other data registration forms are structured in a similar way.
To navigate the form, in addition to using the mouse key, you can use keyboard shortcuts:

Tab to advance to the next field

Shift + Tab to go backwards.

When you use Tab to move to a field, you can start typing the word you want to enter. Then the search function will start and the list of available options will be displayed.

If you are in a cell in the table, you can press Esc and then use the arrow keys to navigate. Then press Enter to enter a cell to edit.
You can add documentation such as links, attachments or comments at the very bottom of the page for the entire transaction, or to a single row by clicking on the pencil icon on the left. Add data with optional unit of measure, GHG123 converts this to standard unit of measure.
Understand - see data for your business presented as charts, tables and completed reports
This section contains dashboards with status pictures and annual trends.
You will also find informative tables with information such as fuel consumption, CO2 footprint and energy consumption, details of calculations, etc., as in the GHG QA report .
The information in the tables can be exported to Excel by clicking on [More] → "Download".
Dashboard charts can be exported to PDF.
Detailed climate report includes all relevant fields for a complete climate account.
Here you get an overview of all the emissions in Scope 1,2 and 3 in a selected time period and org.level.
Report - complete external reports
In the report section you will find formatted reports that can be exported in various formats. Here you will find reports to be reported to external portals such as. Environmental lighthouse or GRI.
NB! Years must be included in the filtering, but the organizational structure is optional.
